Camp Recoil is a firearms training and instruction company based in Jackson, Wyoming, specializing in Extreme Long-Range (ELR) precision rifle instruction. We deliver multi-day training courses designed to systematically develop the skills required to engage targets at distances out to one mile and beyond.
Our instruction is led by active and former Special Forces professionals with extensive experience in precision marksmanship, instruction, and range operations. All instructors maintain Range Safety Officer (RSO) credentials and emergency medical certifications, ensuring a training environment that is both professional and safety-focused.
Driven by Passion
Courses combine structured classroom instruction with extensive hands-on range time. Students receive detailed education in ballistics, wind reading, environmental effects, rifle setup, data collection, and shot execution. Each course is designed to progressively build knowledge and capability, allowing students to apply concepts immediately and advance toward consistent ELR performance.
